Welcome to Holterini.net, purveyors of fine ideas worldwide. We provide original, excellent, and for the most part, completely untested ideas. We offer ideas of all sorts and sizes; from small-scale ideas suitable for the suburban homeowner to solutions for troubled governments. We are currently establishing our e-commerce site.

Holterini was informally founded many years ago, as all of the original board members are life-long brainstormers. Holterini's modern trappings arose during a discussion about expanding the company's farming division to include pasta fabrication. After many thorough discussions weighing all facets of the proposed expansion, nothing happened, leading to the official founding of the Holterini Corporation as a seller of fine and un-implemented ideas.

Our corporate offices are located in the outskirts of beautiful Outlook, MT, a growing center for hi-tech industry. Situated on 3,000 fertile acres (pictured above), the beautiful (and somewhat isolated) campus of the Holterini corporation fosters the generation of ideas. Insulated from the world and surrounded by an amazingly high density of inspirational artifacts, we carry on the tradition of Einstein's thought experiments, Gedankenexperiments. The beautiful setting and congenial atmosphere have engendered many animated conversations around the company's boardroom/dining room table. Below are some pictures of our idea lab in action.

In its current incarnation, Holterini provides well-reasoned ideas that the consumer can implement at his or her leisure. Our ideas are provided warranty free, with no guarantee of their soundness except for the Holterini name. Our ideas are currently available at our company headquarters as well as at various regional offices scattered around the country.

We occasionally provide proof-of-concept for some of our ideas. The above photos cover a typical idea-generating process (Holterini's specialty), as well as the idea's execution (usually left to the consumer). In the first photo, Holterini representatives wander the Holterini campus' junkpiles and try to come up with ideas. It is quite the idea exercise to create novel uses for old tractor exhausts and mufflers, as well as for the mounds of other "junk." In this case, where most everyone else would see hunks of worthless, rusting metal, Holterini brainstormers see bird baths. To show that the undoubtalby-excellent idea was also viable, we cut disks out of some old machinery (middle photo) and gathered a tractor exhaust to use as a stand. A few welds afterwards produced a beautiful bird bath (not pictured). Always sticklers for safety, we kept a fire truck on hand and liberally applied foam to the site after the cutting (right photo).

Holterini has dabbled in ideas of all sorts. We have a longstanding tradition of camper-conversion ideas; below are two pictures conveying our expertise in this area. We specialize in investing local character and environment into our ideas, be it creating a whiskey distillery in northeastern Montana or designing affordable yurts.
